Request Owner's Portal
DANA Properties offers owner's portals for you to manage your account. To get started, please submit the information below. Upon completing the registration process, DANA Properties will send an email to confirm your registration.

The portal allows you to make one-time payments, set up recurring payments and manage your automatic payments. You can pay online through your portal by using a savings or checking account. There are no fees when using your bank account for recurring payments and a $2.95 fee for one-time payments. The fee for credit card payments is 3.5% of the transaction.

You can also use the portal to update your contact information and submit work requests.
